In response to the latest developments in the COVID-19 outbreak around the world, Haniyas is taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
We want to reassure our customers and members of the public that we have implemented enhanced cleaning and disinfection processes within our retail outlet and online storage/packaging facility in Nottingham. Our factory in Pakistan is also adhering to these strict processes.
We’d like to further reassure you that our day to day processes also remain unaffected and all customer service-related tasks along with regular Royal Mail parcels are being processed daily for deliveries within the UK. Although we are still accepting international orders, unfortunately these can be delayed.
Delivery of Pre-order Items
All pre-order collections have arrived in the UK. Majority of your pre-orders have been processed and delivered, if not they are being processed and either on their way to you or will be leaving our warehouse soon.

In-fact we are super busy processing and sending all your online orders all over the UK and internationally.
We are experiencing a surge in online orders at Haniyas since the virus outbreak and we're today reassuring all customers that we are open and running business as usual.
International Orders
the US travel ban and European border closures apply to the movement of people and not goods.
We are still accepting international orders with most being delivered on schedule, however delays can be experienced due to authorities applying precautionary restrictions. We recommend choosing UPS shipping option during checkout for the fastest delivery to the USA.
At Haniyas, we have taken steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff whilst at the same time we have introduced measures which will allow us to provide you with the experience you have become accustomed to when dealing with Haniyas.
Needless to say, we are all aware of the seriousness of this outbreak and given the ever changing situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak things can change with little or no notice at all.
