Shipping Charges
We do not refund shipping costs for non-faulty items, nor do we cover return shipping charges.
For faulty items, please contact us first for a pre-paid return label.
Late Returns
Returns requested after the 14-day period will be automatically denied. If such items are sent back, we reserve the right to return them to you, which will incur additional shipping charges payable by you.
Sale Items
Items on sale might be discounted due to factors like end-of-season stock, minor marks, slight damage, or color differences. These are not considered faults, so sale items cannot be returned for these reasons.
Your Responsibility & Our Liability
When returning items, please take care to ensure they remain in the same condition as when you received them.
All returned goods will be inspected. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can't accept liability for items that don't reach us.
Damage caused during inspection or trying on items, including to packaging and tags, may result in the return being refused.
Nature of Goods
Our items are hand-embroidered, making them delicate and unique. Expect a 5%-10% variation from the images on our website. Minor imperfections in beading or sequins are not considered faults.
Care Instructions: All clothing should be dry-cleaned. We are not responsible for any damage caused by alternative cleaning methods or for beading/sequins displacement.
