We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please send us an email by clicking here. We'll be happy to process your order manually.

We offer a flat rate next day delivery service at £4.95. For more details, please have a look at our shipping details page here.

We process and dispatch all in stock orders on the same day if they are received before 1pm.

Once you place an order on our website you'll receive a confirmation email. If you've received this email then there's nothing to worry about as your order has gone through just fine. In the unlikely event that you don't receive a confirmation email please email us by clicking here. We'll be happy to have a look into this for you.

Yes, everything that you see on our website is 100% authentic and we only source our stock from the brands themselves. We hate replicas!

We only sell products which we have in stock at our UK warehouse.However, there are occasions when we might offer popular and limited edition products on pre-order. All pre-order products will have a 'PRE-ORDER' button displayed instead of an 'ADD TO CART' button.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer a tailoring service. However, we stock a good variety of ready to wear dresses which you can view right here on our website.
